Tables and chairs can be arranged in various layouts to support different event formats, from lecture hall style to board meeting presentations or hands-on group activities and a catering kitchen provides everything you need to facilitate a dining experience for your group.

- Optional Venue Walkthrough – If needed, schedule a time to visit the space and review setup options before your event.
- Finalize Event Details – Confirm your scheduled date, time, expected attendee count, room layout, food and drink arrangements, and AV needs.
