As such, we will not share, loan, trade, rent or sell information about our donors, members or participants to any other organization.

We collect information about our constituents for our own internal use. This information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing preferences and activity participation. We also maintain a record of every member’s and donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file so that we can acknowledge members and donors in a timely and accurate manner, and to comply with IRS regulations. We also use this information for purposes of analysis, budget projections, and strategic planning.

All information about our constituents is password protected and may only be accessed by individuals who need such information to perform their assigned duties. This includes those who prepare mailings, enter or analyze data, visit or communicate with members or donors, plan organizational events, work in a fundraising capacity for the organization or prepare financial reports and forecasts, to the extent they need such information in order to perform their duties.

The wishes of any constituent to remain anonymous will always be honored.

This Donor and Member Privacy Policy is created to inform donors, members, and visitors of how we handle the information we learn about them. This policy does not create any direct or third-party beneficiary rights of enforcement by any person but is intended rather as an explanation of how we operate. We consider the handling of this kind of information to be a top priority of the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights and we handle personal information with utmost care.

Thank you for considering the Center when you are evaluating your charitable giving. We appreciate your generosity very much.
