Donate while you shop when you designate the Wassmuth Center as a recipient with the following programs.

Purchase a Paver

Honor loved ones with a dedicated paver to be displayed in perpetuity at the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial. Orders for new pavers are currently being accepted for placement in the memorial in 2023. Pavers can be engraved with up to three lines of text with up to 16 characters per line. Note that spaces count as a character.

Wassmuth Center Endowment

Planned giving provides creative strategies for your charitable giving and estate planning. As you consult with your financial/ tax advisor, we hope that you will consider a charitable gift that will have an impact forever on Human Rights Education in Idaho.

Donate to Holocaust Education

Education is critical so that history doesn’t repeat itself. Your donations will ensure future generations will learn about the Holocaust and its critical lessons. Idaho does not mandate Holocaust education, so your donation supports the Center’s ability to continue to offer this important programming.

Anne Frank Memorial Maintenance Donation

The Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial needs your help to maintain its legacy as a key location to visit in Boise. Your support helps us keep the Memorial structurally sound, well-landscaped and clean.in the memorial in 2023. Pavers can be engraved with up to three lines of text with up to 16 characters per line. Note that spaces count as a character.

Give a Gift of Stock

Securities can be gifted to the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights in two ways: either via electronic transfer (in which your broker transfers shares using the Wassmuth Center’s DTC number) or by physically mailing the paper certificates to the Wassmuth Center. Either method is acceptable, but it is necessary for you to contact your broker to initiate the transfer.

50% Idaho Education Tax Credit

The Center is a 501 (c) (3) publicly supported charity. (Nonprofit TAX ID #82-0490848). The Center acts as the education arm of the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial which meets Idaho’s requirements as a nonprofit education institution and public museum under Idaho tax code 63-3029A and Idaho Tax Form 39R, Line D1. Donations to the Center or Memorial are eligible for all normal contribution tax deductions (Federal & State) PLUS an additional 50% Idaho Education (Museum) Tax Credit.

Sponsor a Benefit Event

Businesses throughout the valley host a variety of unique and exciting events to engage their community in the work of the Center and the message of the Memorial. These charity events build enthusiasm and advocacy, foster collaboration, and offer recognition to the community members who help support the Wassmuth Center in fulfilling our mission.

In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations are critical to our continued success. In-kind donations may include office equipment, graphic design, printing, or other professional services.

Friends of Anne

A new donation opportunity from the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights. 

For just $10/month for 12 months OR a one-time payment of $120, you can support Holocaust education in Idaho, a state with no mandated holocaust education.
