Wassmuth Youth Leadership Portal
Welcome to the Wassmuth Youth Leadership Portal!
This portal is your gateway to engaging with the Wassmuth Youth Leadership Program (WYLP), a yearlong opportunity for high school students in the Treasure Valley to explore the intersection of human rights and leadership. Through shared learning experiences, students enhance their understanding of human rights issues and develop leadership skills that empower them to make a positive impact in their community.
How to Use the Portal:
- Program Overview: Learn about the WYLP, its mission, and the yearlong activities, including the readings, movies, podcasts, and service projects.
- Cohort Information: Access details about current and upcoming cohorts, including project themes and participation requirements.
- Apply: Applications for future cohorts will open in Spring 2025. Stay informed on how to apply and get involved.
- Updates & News: Track the latest happenings in the program, including exciting initiatives like the 2024 partnership with the Kaleidoscope Project in Burkina Faso.
We look forward to supporting you as you develop leadership skills, engage with human rights issues, and become a positive force in your community.
